1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, you must immediately stop using kopi4's Services and notify us.

4. Account Registration and Verification

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards, kopi4 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC process) before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian ID card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk/KTP) or passport

• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

kopi4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

9. Account Closure and Suspension

kopi4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Providing false or misleading information
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion or Account closure
• Prolonged inactivity (Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed)

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting kopi4 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any active bonuses and pending wagers) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method. kopi4 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for dormant Accounts that have been inactive for extended periods.

10. Limitation of Liability
